At Uforia Broking Firm, we strive to provide high-quality trading services and complete transparency. Please read our refund policy carefully before availing of our services.


1. Non-Refundable Services

All brokerage fees, service charges, and platform usage fees are non-refundable once the service has been rendered or the trade has been executed.

2. Account Opening Fees

Fees collected for account opening or any related processing charges are non-refundable once your Demat or trading account is activated.

3. Unutilized Funds

Clients can request a withdrawal of unutilized balance (funds that are not used in trading or blocked for orders). This amount will be transferred back to the client’s registered bank account within 2–5 business days, subject to verification.

4. Duplicate Payment

In the case of a duplicate or erroneous payment, please contact our support team within 7 days. Upon validation, a refund will be initiated to the original payment source within 7–10 working days.

5. Subscription-Based Services

If you have subscribed to any research, advisory, or premium service, refunds are not applicable once the plan has been activated or used.
